Making it REAL is an EY literacy programme developed in the 1990s by the NCB and the University of Sheffield, based on a study by Professor Cathy Nutbrown.
Special Making it REAL was delivered across the North West, as part of the Early Years SEND partnership led by the Council for Disabled Children, during 2020/21.
Our ambitious five-year project in Jersey has facilitated capacity building in the early years sector and improved outcomes for young children and their families.
